Season plans
Build a week-by-week season plan for an athlete in the Everstride planner.
A season plan maps out an athlete’s year week by week, with phases, volume, intensity, races, camps and tests. You build it in the Season Planner, which opens in its own tab.

Section titled “Build a plan”-
Open the planner. Select Season plans in the sidebar. You can also open an athlete’s Season Plan tab and choose Open Season Planner.
-
Choose the athlete. Pick them from your roster. Their name fills in automatically, and your name is added as the coach. You can edit both.
-
Set the season. Enter the year and the season’s start and end dates.
-
Add races and camps. Add up to 10 main races, 15 secondary races and 15 training camps.
-
Choose Build plan. The plan opens week by week.
-
Adjust it. Change phases, volume, intensity and focus until it fits the athlete.
-
Choose Save to Everstride. The button is orange while you have unsaved changes. It turns green and reads Saved successfully once saved.
Once saved, the plan appears on the athlete’s Season Plan tab. Their current phase and next race also show on their page and in Attention.
